At Nature’s Path, the well-being of our customers, our team, and our planet is at the forefront of everything we do.
At the start of the pandemic, we did everything possible to increase production and meet the increased demand for healthy, organic and nutritious food, but we had to do so safely.
First, as a company, we wanted to protect our frontline team members, the people who make our delicious, organic food.
We installed automatic temperature checks at our head office entrance and at all our manufacturing plants. We introduced increased sanitation and cleaning protocols, installed Far-UVC lights and state-of-the-art air filtration technology in our lunch and break rooms, and added additional hand washing and hand sanitizing stations. We also installed plexiglass partitions on the manufacturing floor and introduced physical distancing across our manufacturing process. In addition, masks are always mandatory.
At the start of the pandemic, we introduced additional hero pay for all our frontline workers and have maintained that additional pay throughout the pandemic.
At the start of the pandemic, Nature’s Path pledged to increase our annual donations. We’ve now committed to donating $2.5 million worth of food and funds to frontline healthcare workers, charitable organizations, schools and others in need during these challenging times.
